So Little Time

I’m trying to make a move just to stay in the game. I’m trying to stay awake and remember my name. But everybody’s changing and I don’t feel the same.

So, uhh.. what?! Never mind that part. I suck at subtitles. It’s been so long. Almost weeks of non-blog days. I was so busy this past two weeks. So much to do, with so little time. I missed blogging. Imma blab again, so much.

School, very unexpectedly the same. They had so much of these events and blahs. First, Kotex You-niversity visited our school. It was very long and our gymnasium was crowded with people, resulting to multiple sweats from haggard-looking students. It was fun though. Then we had our annual earthquake drill. And, surprise, there was no improvement. People don’t take those things seriously. For the sake of celebrating Nutrition Month, the TLE Club presented a stay-away-from-vices -campaign. Very common, general. Whatevas. And I had to resist the feeling of answering them back with what they’ve been telling about Internet addiction, computer abuse, and Internet over use. JK. I’m so mean, I know. We also had our very first Story Telling sessions with the Preparatory students. They’re überly cute! Great job, BLC. Yell practices were always a bummer. I just hope that the school basketball team will effin’ win. Really.

I already finished Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I’m telling you, really, read the book. So much, way better then the movie. The movie was very short. Yes, that was still short. Read it. So many minor scenes undone, not in the movie. Ron and Hermione were very funny. He ditched Lavender. And Ginny ditched Dean. And Harry kissed Ginny at their Quidditch victory party. And Pansy and Draco made some PDAs. Pansy was in love with Draco, but I don’t think Draco feels the same way for her. Ouch, Pansy. Crabbe and Goyle transfigured as girls. Funny. Cormac MacLaggen is a male version of a b**ch. He’s so proud of himself, he even got Harry in an accident. Harry almost broke his skull because of that MacLaggen guy. He’s too confident about his Quidditch skills. Bummer. Bill and Fleur are getting married! Tonks was in love with Lupin. OMG. Making her Patronus a werewolf. WTH. Cute. Love was everywhere. Merope Gaunt and Tom Riddle Sr. were Voldemort’s parents. I feel pity for young Tom. Aww. I think Horcruxes are awesome. Splitting souls to objects... Cool. Anyway, read the book, okay? Much better.

I’ll start reading Deathly Hallows after UPCAT. Tomorrow’s my UPCAT, by the way. Good Luck!

Movie Review: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Voldemort is tightening his grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. Harry suspects that dangers may even lie within the castle, but Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing him for the final battle that he knows is fast approaching. Together they work to find the key to unlock Voldemort’s defenses and, to this end, Dumbledore recruits his old friend and colleague, the well-connected and unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, whom he believes holds crucial information. Meanwhile, the students are under attack from a very different adversary as teenage hormones rage across the ramparts. Harry finds himself more and more drawn to Ginny, but so is Dean Thomas. And Lavender Brown has decided that Ron is the one for her, only she hadn’t counted on Romilda Vane’s chocolates! And then there’s Hermione, simpering with jealously but determined not to show her feelings. As romance blossoms, one student remains aloof. He is determined to make his mark, albeit a dark one. Love is in the air, but tragedy lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again. ©

In general, I think the movie was good. It was too long though, but I enjoyed most of the 3 hour duration. I think Ron got even hotter. I hate Lavender. I love the scene were Ron muttered Hermione’s name instead of Lavender’s. They should get married. And I got curious with the new guy who likes Hermione. He was hot though. Tom Felton was good. He did improve his acting skills. Love his outfits. I’m a Harry-Ginny fan from now on. I just think Ginny’s height makes Harry even smaller. LOL. But it doesn’t matter that much. I really got curious, much. It had me wondering all night – about Dumbledore’s death, the Vanishing Cabinet, the cursed presents. And HP fans told me that I really should have read the book first before watching the output. But I rarely do that, especially with Harry Potter series. I need to see the movies first so that I could imagine everything. Hey, it’s hard making up these visions and characters that I don’t even know. Very much happy for Fred and George’s Joke Shop but I was so sad about the Burrow. OMG. That makes the Weasley family even poorer. And Aragog died. Bet Ron’s happy about that. Kidding. I’d like to try the Felix Felicis (if that’s its name. I forgot. It makes you happy and gay). Wizard mummies are creepy. Apparation is cool. And no Dursley scenes. I don’t know if I’d be happy or not. I miss Neville! Not much scenes for him. Aw. And Luna’s adorable. Love her hair and her whole being. But anyway, try watching it. NOW. It will give you a big amount of hang over.
It was a student who gave me Francis. One day I came down to my office, and there was a bowl with only a few inches of clear water in it. And there was a flower petal floating on the water. Before my eyes it started to sink, and just before it hit the bottom, it transformed into a wee fish. It was a beautiful piece of magic, wondrous to behold. The flower petal was from a Lily. The day Francis disappeared was the day your mother…

Woohoo! We changed plans. We will watch Half Blood Prince this afternoon. OMG, Ron baby! Okay, okay. I’m so excited. I heard that it’s a 3-hour movie. That’s too long. I’m still sleepy. I might sleep inside the cinemas. No. I won’t. I’ll try to keep up. Haha! I’m so excited. Weasley is my King.

Our exams are over now. So, I’ll blab again, okay? Math is always hard. Our Math professor is a liar. No, I’m kidding. He told me this morning that I should study hard and answer all of his exam questions correctly. He even told me that it’s easy, that we could even answer it in just 10 minutes. What the hell? Maybe he meant, 10 minutes for every problem. It was so long, but not so much hard. It’s fun making and answering equations, with all the x’s and y’s. Just like our sophomore year. Advance Algebra, better than the others. I had my nose bleed while answering our English exam. The vocabulary words were so hard. I love the Identification part. It was so easy. I thought I’ll get zero in my vocabulary exams. I was wrong. Yehey! I got 53 over 55. I was asked to check our papers, because I got the highest score. F**k AP! Damn. I got mental-blocked. I forgot all of the things that I studied. The hell. And I have no idea about the current events. All I know was that A(H1N1)'s H and N stands for Hemagglutinin and Neuraminidase and Dr. Margaret Chan is the head of WHO. The rest of my answers, I got from asking and copying. We were all struggling to copy and get answers. Yes, even the top students. And our adviser didn’t even notice. We’re bad. At least we get through it. Better cheat than fail. PARENTAL ADVISORY IN NEED.

I need to go now. It’s almost 12:35 pm. 1 pm is the meeting time. Bye.

Don’t mind the title. We’re having our Preliminary exams tomorrow. That will be the last day. We had the first set this morning (Physics, Filipino, TLE and MAPEH). Fortunately, I got to answer almost all of the questions. I had to study for four days. Classes we’re suspended last Friday so we had to move the exams day. And we had a four-day vacation. Yes, we had no class yesterday. Fumigation Day. Dengue prevention. Blah blah. I was so annoyed by the delayed exams. Not that I like having exams... But I always need to refresh and study and review over and over again. Bummer much.

But anyway, it’s over now. In Physics, we have to compute for the resultant vectors and displacements and the likes. Of course, we have our scientific calculator. We’ll be driving mad if we compute that manually. I got 67 over 70 in Physics. Well, I’m lying. That should be 62 but I have plus five points. Thank you! Filipino exam was very hard. We didn’t even expect that our teacher will give that kind of questions. We were expecting something easier because that’s the first test. But we were wrong, okay? She had these two sets of tests that ask you to define the characters in the book. Whaaat?! But I finished all of them, but not very sure of my answers though. Then in our MAPEH exams, I didn’t know that we still have to memorize the names of the painter and their works. I just studied the meanings and not the examples. I need a miracle now. With TLE, just HTML and food service stuffs. Easy but tricky.

I already studied Math and English. I just need some heavy and hardcore memorization in AP. Lots of laws and blahs. I should be starting now, but I am too lazy to review. I’m sleepy, really. I didn’t get enough sleep yesterday (or yester-night). Because I was daydreaming in the middle of the night. Crazy. But I mean it. My Mom said it’s because I was pressured and stressed about the exams, but it’s just because my mind was hyper. I will never do that again. Ever!

I really should study now... Or maybe I could do that tomorrow. During our break time. Lazy much.

By the way, Unang Hirit was in our school this morning. I heard that it’s for the elementary department only. But I don’t care. Drew Arellano was so hot. Macho man. I’ll post screen caps if ever I find a video of that segment.

And we decided to watch Half Blood Prince on Saturday. Yehey! :D Wait for me Ron! *sings*Weasley is our King, he didn’t let the quaffle in. Weasley is our king.

I need to go now. Toodles :*

ZOMG. I dreamt of Sam again. I think this is the 5th or 6th time? I don’t remember anymore. So anyway, it was so good. Good thing today’s Saturday. I got to sleep as long as I would want to.

Sam was having another major concert. As in, it was major. He was introduced by his guests, and when I said guests, I really meant big artist. Nikki Gil, Billy Crawford and the others were there. I can’t remember who they were though. And then, he was introduced. It was so fantastic! Very much. They had this production and everything. (I just hope this will come true.)

And so, the concert went on and on... And of course, I was there. Then, I don’t know what happened. The dream changed time. We were like in a charity program, and I think Sam performed there. So weird. And while I was waiting outside, I saw him running, and OMG, he stopped and sat beside me. OMG. And we just started to uhh... sing? LMAO. Yes, we sang. That was so, so weird, right? And damn, I forgot what the song was.

Then it ended. Next thing I knew, the people’s faces changed. And Sam was not there anymore. Sigh. But I woke up feeling estatic! Very happy.

I was so bored the other day, so I decided to open all my web accounts. I’m a net freak. Sorry. And I remembered that I do have a CandyMag account. Lol. I just used that for voting purposes and their cute games.

So yeah. I like what they had in their site this month. I saw their Candy Poll:

Of course, I voted for the Harry Potter movie. I love Ron. I haven’t seen the movie though. We still have exams next week. And my best friend’s still sick. We decided to see the movie with just the two of us. And I’m eager to watch the 6th installment because I want to read the book like hell. I watch the movies first before I read the book. LOL. But I have a different case with the Twilight Saga.

And I will always be in Candy Mag for this month and the next. Candy Cuties are back! Like, OMG. Sam Concepcion needs more and more votes this time. We are aiming for another year. Just to let Candy Team realize that Sam doesn’t need this Candy Cutie trophy anymore. He deserves to be a Hall Of Famer. Right, Samsters? But anyway, since the Candy Team can’t get enough of him, please cast your votes for Sam! Every day.

It’s been so long. It was almost centuries since I last blogged about something in particular, something that is interesting and true. I’m so much busy with school. I don’t get enough sleep, enough for my own choice. I have this habit of sleeping so much and still wanting to sleep more. I don’t really sleep soundly and peacefully every night or every time I go in a nap. My mind’s a bit weird, and let me say, hyper. I just can’t stop thinking about random things and just shut my eyes. Anyway, enough of sleeping dilemmas.

School’s so stressful. There are so much events and things and going on. The eff. I’d die now. I joined Araling Panlipunan Club, the club that I would really want to join. Lucky. And still, I was elected as the Assistant Secretary. Bummer. Anyway, again and again, I handle the Book Lovers Club. Well, I don’t know how it happened. Our OIC just appointed me. That’s kind of annoying, but whatever. Points are important. I’m graduating. And I’m the class Vice President. I don’t want to be the President though. Very hard job. Blames all over you.

Hey, I’m turning 16. Sweet 16. I need gifts this time. Mark your calendars guys. It’s on the 6th already. But I’d celebrate mine on the 18th or 19th maybe. We’ll watch The Half-Blood Prince. Much love Harry Potter. And speaking of HP, I’m reading again. Goblet of Fire, it is. I so love the movie. And Ron’s character on the book is so funny. He told once (in the Quidditch World Cup) “Hey, I could make that old bloke pick his nose again ... and again ... and again”. It’s with the Omnioculars (where you could repeat, zoom and slow everything down) He’s so adorable.

I know you already heard about the King of Pop’s death. It’s all over the news. Darn, I cried too. It’s just so sad seeing his fans mourn, plus the tributes and everything. And Sam... Bet he’s so devastated about the incident. They had him do MJ’s moves in the Star Magic World Tour. (Thanks to Ate Loi). Hope they realize and see Sam’s talents, the future MJ, they say. But, bless your soul, Michael Jackson.

And guess what? I’m completely, officially single. Open? Maybe? LOL. I don’t want to think about those things now. Waste of time much. So yeah, good luck. Sick.

That’s all for now. Bye.
